These are books the library would love to have.
Give your child the gift of a book to build up the school library.
The library is a special place in the school. Recently we’ve done a good bit of work to make the library better. The books have been put in new categories, and there is a computer for searching the library.
We want to keep adding good books to the library, and we’d like to enlist all the students in this effort. We’d like to suggest that every student and teacher contribute a book to the library on their birthday.
Participation is voluntary. Here’s what to do:
1). Find a good book that would be enjoyable and upbuilding for our children to read. Good sources include CLP, Dover Publications (in the Children’s Literature section), and many others. Book suggestions are in the above wish lists.
2). Check to see if we already have the book. Click Here to search our catalog.
3). Purchase the book and send it to school on your child’s birthday. We’ll put a special label in the front to indicate who it’s from, and put it in a special birthday book section in the library.
